Products & Care What materials are your fashion scarves made from? Our collection includes premium, skin-friendly fabrics like pure silk, silk blends, viscose, modal, cashmere blends, lightweight wool, and more. Each product page lists exact materials, dimensions, and care instructions.

How should I care for my scarf? Most silk and lightweight scarves are best dry-cleaned or hand-washed gently in cold water with mild detergent, then air-dried flat. Avoid machine washing unless specified. For pashminas or wool blends, follow the tag—many are dry-clean only to preserve softness and shape.

Are your scarves suitable for all seasons? Yes! We offer lightweight options for spring/summer (silk, chiffon), cozy pashminas and infinity scarves for fall/winter, and versatile pieces that work year-round.

Returns & Refunds What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened scarves in original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? Email support@ibschicagoland.com with your order number, reason, and photos. We'll provide instructions and a return label if eligible.
